Ever since The Great Salt Pond became New Harbor almost 120 years ago, the tranquil waters of this incredible natural estuary have become a sought-after safe haven for mariners coming from near and far. Champlin’s is one of New England’s largest resort marinas and features 5,000 linear feet of dock space, a 30′ harbor depth, and spacious docking facilities, allowing us to accommodate vessels up to 250+ ft.
All Champlin’s Marina and Resort guests have full access to all the resort amenities and facilities including our 46-room onsite boutique hotel, waterfront pool, two dockside restaurants, cafe and ice cream parlor, dog park, private beach, and more. Your slip includes complimentary Wi-Fi and water, private laundry, bathhouse and shower facilities. Pump-out is available upon request from the town. All dockage reservations will be processed through Dockwa.
All transient reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. Reservations that are cancelled within the 72 hours of arrival will be required to forfeit the deposit.
For the first time in its history, Champlin’s Marina and Resort is offering seasonal dockage to boaters! We’ve been hard at work with upgrades and renovations to the nine acre destination including fully-renovated guest rooms, cosmetic upgrades to the docks for your safety, three freshly updated dining options (don’t worry – the mudslides aren’t going anywhere!), and more.
As a seasonal slip holder, you have a dedicated dock space for your vessel from June 1st - September 30th at a rate of $2.75 per night per foot. This gives you the freedom to come and go as you please and the convenience and peace of mind of having a guaranteed slip on Block Island for the duration of the summer. Plus, seasonal dockage at Champlin’s includes two important perks:
|Group||Base Weekday||Base Weekend||Base Holiday||Base Shoulder|
