Our newly renovated boutique hotel boasts 42 guest rooms offering both waterfronts, and idyllic island views.     Located in the Pier 76 building, the Block Island four queens guest room combination is ideal for groups or families of four to eight guests seeking serene and spacious accommodations. Featuring a Block Island double queen guest room and an interior (no windows) double queen guest room, your party can be accessed via adjoining rooms or a shared hallway. Celebrate your stay in style with newly renovated amenities including walk-in shower, USB port outlets, and a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, direct access to waterfront dining, and unlimited Block Island adventures just outside your door.

    Cottage Suite

    The larger of the two cottage suites, Cottage Suite 1 boasts 587-square feet, making it the ideal option for larger families and group sizes. The suite features freshly new and natural decor with nautical touches, one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a full kitchen with stove and full-sized refrigerator, spacious living area with seating and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The room includes a flat-screen television, USB port outlets, dining table and a closet bureau, so guests can make themselves right at home. Cottage suite 1 exclusively features an outdoor deck where guests can relax and enjoy views over the plaza and Champlin's marina from the comfort of their own room.
